1. PBEH will offer “Premium Service”, the current package rate of which is Tk. 500/- but, The Nagad Hat Card Members will pay the regular fees, the current package rate of which is Tk. 150/- (one hundred fifty) only. 2. A 10% flat discount will be given from the current package rate for the Cataract Surgical Procedures to the Nagad Hat Card Members. 3. A 10% flat discount will be given from the current package rate for the Other Surgical Procedures (Apart from Cataract) to the Nagad Hat Card Members. 4. Tk. 2,200/- will be charged for the required investigation & pathological test instead of Tk. 3,350/- to be needed for performing Cataract surgical procedures for the surgery package rate of more or equal to Tk. 10,000/- (ten thousand) only. 5. PBEH, 20% discount will be given to the Nagad Hat Card Members if needed to perform any other pathological test(s). 6. For any other Ophthalmological investigation and advised by the PBEH consultants for the Nagad Hat Card Members, PBEH will give a 10% discount on them. 7. If required or suggested by Doctor Patient from Nagad Hat (2nd Party) need to pay the anesthesia charge or Hilluron Gel cost.
